Shipping policy

  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the processing of your items. All t - shirt orders are printed after your order has been placed.
  • Domestic shipping times are 5–7 business days via USPS. Orders will ship from Fort Wayne, IN, unless it is specified as a vendor ship in the product description.

Holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 days to ship.

  • International shipping times are 7 - 14 business days via First Class International.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm Friday EST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing, and after the item has shipped. 
  • Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed. Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you placed your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email. Gen - X - Er is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to the US Postal Service.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen, or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
